Hotel Carmen is less than 100 yards from the beach, in the Costa Brava town of Roses. This small designer hotel offers charming, bright rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom. The Carmen Hotel is housed in 3 renovated fishing cottages. It was designed by local artists, and has typical Mediterranean style. It is in the heart of Roses, with many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel Carmen has a 24-hour front desk where staff can provide information about what to see and do in the surrounding area. In the area around Roses are the beautiful village of Cadaques and the Salvador Dalí Museum at Figueras.

The cafe staffs were very friendly,The rooms are clean and the maid was very kind.We really like it there .Hope we’ll get back there next year.Well done!!!
Parking nearby. Comfortable room and easy access.
We had stayed here once before and had a very good experience so we hoped that could be repeated. And it was even better this time. We had a big room with a small balcony overlooking the local lane and just one street back from the beach. Parking was just a two minute walk around the corner from the hotel - but it was a bit of a task to drive to it around the one way streets. But we did it! The staff were all excellent especially Marina on reception and the breakfast was very good and informal with good choices and some excellent food made on request. If we come to Roses for a third time then we would definitely stay here once again.
Especially the hotel personal, including lady at the reception and breakfast service, were very nice and helpful!
Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Well located in the old part of Roses.
Our second stay at this hotel and I'm sure we'll return again.
