Quaint, clean, great service, nice bar, convenient location.
The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful and my daughter's bed was ready when we got to the hotel so everything was perfect.
Room was quite large and 2 stories with two bathrooms and a full living room which wasn't expected. Dual shower heads in upstairs bathroom. Restaurant was fantastic food and the breakfast included was quite nice. Really convenient that the restaurant is right there with great outdoor seating as well. Other than the bad communication with the "welcome drink" the staff was great and helpful. Location is incredibly central and I highly recommend that whole area.
We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is very central to visit the old town, cathedral etc. Walking distance to so many restaurants. The bar at the hotel has a great ambient and great coffee! The breakfast was very good! The staff was very helpful! The room was very classy and extremely comfortable beds and bedding. It felt very refreshing for our last night in Palma. If ever visiting again, we would definitely return.
