Very short stay but the front desk staff was extremely helpful.
The staff, went out of the way to help. My flight was delayed, other flights were directed to the one I landed. No taxis available. Slept in the airport floor and only managed to get to the hotel at 10.30. The person allowed my to check out late- 2pm
Friendly and welcoming receptionist. Rooms were comfortable.
Arrangements for in-room massage that several from the group leveraged and after the long camino, this was really good.
There was a town center, which was a good place to hang-out in the evening. The area had other facilities as well - grocery store (Gadis), laundromat, cafe etc. But the places close early so watch out.
The facility was clean and comfortable and close to all facilities and the bus stop was 20 meters away which took you into Santiago
The Saturday morning receptionist was exceptional - very helpful - went out of her way to help me & other hotel guests.
