Close to lovely beaches and the pool area is private and relaxing at the top of the hotel. Firstly, checked into the wrong room, then moved no apology shown to our new room. For £1000 this room is poor!! Bathroom was disgusting, broken shower door, stained towels, leaking shower, room very small, air con didn’t work, balcony looked at a wall and you could reach another rooms which was not private. The first morning we went back to the reception and explained what had happene. We had been offered a different room for a few days (room ok would have been better if though there was a door on the shower. The bathroom floor flooded every time you had a shower and there were ants in the room). Called reception asked if we can upgrade (paying the difference), but was told we had to try the next day but it was unlikely as it was fully booked. Breakfast was ok, not amazing, small selection.
