Hotel Ilusion Calma & Spa Resort is located in Palma de Mallorca. This resort is located in 7 km from the city center. Guests can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the resort — El Arenal Beach, Aqualand and Basilica of St. Francis.

The food was good but the choice was much more limited than usual due to fewer guests as a result of COVID. There were no snacks available for the same reason. The service was very good though.
The room was great. Ive stayed at this hotel many times and never had a problem with my room.
The staff were great but i was told different things by different staff members about what the COVID rules were.
The pool area and the the smoking terrace were closed at the same time for cleaning which leaves guests with nowhere to go. I accept both areas need to be cleaned but close one area at a time. Close one area for cleaning and when that area is ready and available for use then close the other area for cleaning. That way guests always have at least one area to use.
Great locations few minutes walking to the sea and 30 min. by bus to the city.
Great Hotel kitchen.
Small swimming pool :/
After reading previous reviews I was concerned about the food. However on arrival found the food to be good. There is enough choice for everyone. Gala night was amazing with carvery, fresh salmon, prawns, muscles etc amongst lots of other choices. The staff were lovely and do helpful.
Nothing especially given the price paid
Great location, really friendly staff at bar and restaurant. Very clean, comfortable rooms and beds.
Not really any negatives, bit slow checking in, but down to other guests barging ahead of us.
I have been there a few times and find it clean, good service and has everything. Value for money.
