Nice hotel in a traditional building close to the "Balcon" ( with view down to the Roman amphitheatre and the sea) and the old town. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby.
Our 3rd floor Deluxe room was clean and spacious with a balcony and view down to the sea and harbour below,

Nice little swimming pool on the ground floor. Very comfortable reception and entrance to hotel along an airconditioned stone foyer.
Take a ride on the "Noddy" train to tour Tarragona old and new. Take a no16 bus down to the main Arrabasada beach if you do not fancy the walk down the hill to the Miracle beach below the Balcon, Both train and bus are a short walk away near the Imperial Taracco hotel.
Definately try the lunchtime16Euro Menu del dia at the Fonda restaurant at the front of the hotel. Also, right nearby is Boscois, for simple dining while watching life go by.
Wander up to the excellent Placa de la Font for drinks or lunch.

The staff is friendly and although I did not use the swimming pool it looked great!

Confortable beds
The location of this hotel was perfect. We were able to walk anywhere in the city. The staff was so kind and very accommodating. The room were big, clean with an incredible view. Highly recommend
