I was expecting something a lot less comfortable! All the hotels in Cáceres are a half hour walk from the train station. This one was easy to find in an excellent location on a quiet street very near the old part of town. There was a big supermarket across the road. The single room was large and clean with a big mirror, the bathroom was pristine and the shower divine. There was both heating and air con provided. It was December but I didn't need the heating as there was no draught. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, who had worked there for decades apparently, were very respectful and friendly. They left me a bottle of water each day and even a chocolate. I felt taken care of and was really very happy with my stay.

The confort without excess and attention of the staff and cleaning work are a great plus.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the historic center. The room was quiet, without any discomfort. The reception is open all night, making it easy to come and go. The internet password is on the TV remote control, so you don't have to ask for it.

Lovely small hotel a few mins walk from the medieval centre of town. Room and bathroom was adequate for my stay and the price paid. Shops and restaurants nearby.

The location is brilliant, a 2 minute walk to the beautiful castle and old town. It is almost opposite a large supermarket so handy for supplies as we had our dog with us and ate in the room as it was too chilly to eat outside at a restaurant and luckily we had our own kettle. There are several parking spaces outside which are pay to park but only for a few hours around midday and teatime. We only paid about €3 in total and the man in reception kindly helped me with the ticket machine - the traffic warden was outside a lot and one car had a ticket. The room was very clean, the shower was great, really hot and enough power. The bed was very comfortable.
