Front desk staff, Antoni and ??, were excellent and most accommodating, trying to assist both with room assignment and with missing Suitcase issue. Buffet Breakfast was good. Great area with lots of atmosphere.
Location is perfect, little fridge in room, comfy and had all the basics. Was really easy to check in with no hassle at all. Felt very safe as a solo traveller especially because after midnight you can only enter the building with your room key which is good.
Staff was really helpful with the bags when we arrived. After Giovanni give us a lot of information anout the city and buses and very friendly.
I liked the friendlyness of the staff. I changed room after 2 days because of the better wifi. And the staff was always helpful and friendly. The architecture is very traditional and looks great.
Excellent staffing, love the view, beautiful hotel... totally recommend this Hotel and the lovely Natalia on reception...
