The hotel is conveniently located, and the renovations are impressive. The staff provided outstanding service and were always ready to help. The breakfast was fantastic, and we look forward to our next stay.
Erica at the front desk was great and made check-in a breeze. She explained the layout of the hotel and the city and was super friendly and helpful.
Very friendly staff. Very nice peaceful lounge area with selection of complimentary fresh teas (herbal etc) and biscuits/sweets. Complimentary umbrellas for when it rained (and it did). Although we only stayed one night, we were lucky to be upgraded to an apartment next door.
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Palacete de Alamos! The location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. I also loved the thoughtful selection of complimentary teas and candies—a lovely touch! Highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and welcoming experience.
