Location, location, location! Checked in around midnight with no issues. Having air conditioning was awesome!
The room we got was so cute! Smaller, but it was expected when we booked. Even with the smaller space, we felt right at home. We had a balcony view and it was amazingly beautiful. The staff was amazing. Immediately gave tips on tourist to dos and not to dos to ensure we had the best time.
The location,cleanliness and staff are very good.
They clean the room and change towels everynight.
The location to the restaurants, shopping and the markets is perfect. It also is very close to the Metro. I would recommend staying there again. We had two twin beds with a balcony and private bathroom.
Hotel Palermo was very close to everything! Once you leave the airport, you take A1 or A2 aerobus downtown (last stop) and then it’s a 10min walk to the hotel. Very convenient and shops are everywhere! Metro was also the easiest to get around.
Room was comfy and perfect for solo travelling. They also allowed me to store my luggage after my stay since my flight was in the evening.
