Beautiful remote location. Wonderful well designed facility. Fantastic breakfast. The best thing by far is the owner couple. They were as friendly, helpful, and fun to interact with as we've every had in a hotel.
This new boutique hotel was beautifully and lovingly restored by its owners in the tiny village of Valganon, about 10 minutes from Ezcaray. The on site young owners , who live next door, also manage the hotel and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the region, places to visit, restaurants in Ezcaray. The one local restaurant was very good but only open on Fri-Sun, at least during October but there are also very good restaurants in Ezcaray. The hotel was immaculate. We highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel and super friendly, welcoming and helpful owners. Simple, but traditional and good quality breakfast. Highly recommend it.
Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were welcoming, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the village vibes.
