The location was spectacular. Beautiful views. The welcome was very good by Raves ( I think I remember his name correctly, apologies if not). He even rang us to offer support before we left to travel to the hotel. Our room was excellent We had a lovely big balcony overlooking the River Tagus as well as a 4-poster bed and a beautiful bathroom. The evening meal was excellent. All told, we enjoyed our stay.
The food was excellent, breakfast was serve yourself with plenty of choice, the evening meal was a menu choice also excellent. The room was lovely and extremely comfortable and quiet
The swimming pool was excellent
It could be a little difficult to find as it is off the main road, The hotel rang to give more precise instructions which were really helpfull.
If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday..........well this is it.
Totally out of ordinary hotel night experience! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Food was great for the tired travellers. The location, privacy and the views are unforgettable for anybody. Originally a remote luxury hunting lodge at high altitude turned into a very unique, green small resort.
Amazing views from the cueva and restaurant, very friendly staff, incredibly peaceful, beautiful location for the pool and wonderful hammock outside the cueva.
the staff were really great, the food was a amazing and the cave clean and comfortable. the views were incredible and it was so quiet, a wonderful experience.
