We were two couples staying in Aranda for a wine experience. The hotel was in a good location by the Duero river and only a 10 minute drive into town. We were well looked after by Samuel the owner. Very helpful suggestions about booking hotels, wine visits and restaurants. He also arranged our taxi rides into town. The breakfast was continental style and on our second day we also had a very nice home made tortilla. The rooms were comfortable and a decent size with mosquito screens available on the patio doors.
We made use of the large pool and loungers. There was also a large shaded area on the first floor where you can sit and chat and have drinks while looking over the Duero.
Very pleasant stay with the treat of having the beautiful and ever so friendly K2 to stroke and play with - Samuel’s well trained Alaskan Malamute.
Friendly and helpful host. Easy check in/out. Nice traditional rooms with views of the river. Liked the fact we could book the spa to ourselves. Tasty breakfast with good options.
