Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Lift. Near to Africa market and TEA arts centre and library. Bus stop fairly near. Cheap, good-value restaurant a couple of doors down.
Location is fantastic, wifi in the room was excellent, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A nice floor fan was provided to keep the room cool.
Very convenient location near the indoor market and other city attractions. Staff very welcoming and clean, comfortable room. For the night of the Carnival Parade, rates were obviously higher but still moderate compared to similar hotels in the area.
Location - 4 minutes walk to Casa Africa Market, bus stops, TEA arts/library complex. 10 minutes to Science/Archaeology Museum, Bus Station, 15 minutes to Plaza Espana
Staff - 24 hour reception - we met 3 different reception staff, all of whom were very pleasant and helpful (2 even spoke good English).
Room - 405 was clean and comfortable with a little balcony and OK wifi. Despite being in the middle of town it was surprisingly quiet overnight.
Good experience. One small comment and recommendation or suggestion - a stopper should be fitted in the sink in the bathroom.
