We've stayed in this hotel several times in the past and have always had a good stay. Its location is perfect apart from its vicinity to the Discos so it can be noisy at night. The staff are very friendly, the service is good and it is not expensive.
The place is looking a little "tired" now and although the accommodation and the restaurant are commensurate with the prices, the breakfast is disappointing. On this trip however what really disappointed us was that, during the evening my mobile phone was stolen whilst we were in the hotel café, thus INSIDE the hotel. A man came into the café, approached our table with a piece of paper in his hand (to hide his actions) and before I knew it my phone had gone.
We contacted the police who were not really interested but just issued the "crime report". We asked to see the video images (there are two cameras in the café) but the hotel flatly refused the request (which is probably their right) and I doubt that the police even came to have a look either. I've put the incident down to experience but I feel that maybe the hotel should be a little more responsible. We still like Lloret and will probably go back but will probably stay somewhere else from now on.

Плохая шумоизоляция между номерами.
Расположение хорошее, все под рукой: и магазины, и транспорт, до моря 5 мин ходьбы, но если вы не хотите искать где бы упасть на пляже, то платите 7 Евро за лежак либо прогуляйтесь дальше вдоль пляже (минут 10) и вы найдете себе местечко возле моря.
Номер убирают не очень...и ты не знаешь когда они придут, то ли в 9 утра то ли в 3 часа дня...Как правило, утром встаешь, завтракаешь, а потом убегаешь куда-нибудь....належавшись на пляже возвращаешься к трем часам, а они только стучаться в дверь...приходилось вешать табличку не беспокоить, ибо тебе только хочется принять прохладный душ и расслабиться на балконе.
Шумно само собой - это же тусовочный, для любителей дискотек Ллорет Де Мар)) Так что если ищите место для расслабления, езжайте в другой город, такой как Санта сусанна (через городок от Ллорет).
Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Близко к автобусной станции, рядом много кафе и магазинов. До моря 5 минут пешком. В номере чисто, убирались и меняли полотенца каждый день. В бассейне не купались, но лежаки почти все заняты всегда. Хорошие завтраки и ужины, хоть не особо разнообразные. Фрукты всегда, мороженое на ужин, шампанское на завтрак. Есть анимация,вечером дискотека. В холле есть аппарат с сладостями,водой. Персонал немного говорит на русском. Небольшой фитнес зал, около бассейна, практически на свежем воздухе))) примерно 7 тренажеров. Джакузи не пользовались. Оставляли ценные вещи в номере, никто ничего не взял.
Пульт от тв и кондиционера за депозит, 10 евро за пульт. Шампунь и мыло предоставили один раз при заезде. Приходилось постоянно просить. Тонкие стены, слышно соседей. При открытом балконе может быть шумно,не удобно для тех кто чутко спит. Wi-fi в отеле платный, причем прайс для всех свой,хотя и есть прейскурант на стойке. В холле, есть бесплатный wi-fi, на 3 этаже ловил в номере, так что можно не переплачивать. Постельное белье не меняли ни разу за 6 дней. Дважды был сбой системы и ключ не срабатывал, приходилось менять. Без нашего ведома поменяли телевизор в номере и пульт от него, за который потом не хотели сразу возвращать депозит.
