The colorful apartments at Iberflat Fabiola have a large seating area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Each one has free Wi-Fi and a modern kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and a coffee maker. There are many restaurants and bars in Santa Cruz, and you can walk to Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar Palace in around 5 minutes. Seville Airport is 17 minutes’ drive away.

Amazing confortable appartement, its big and located in a perfect area
Highly recommend this apartment: it is located in the center of Seville, walking distance to Alcaraz and Cathedral (4 minutes) and 20 minutes walk to Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes to the bus stop for the airport bus. It is a very nice, bright, well decorated and spacious place, equipped with anything you need. There is no key: you access the building and the apartment via a code, which is extremely handy as you do not have to carry keys with you or risk to lose them.
The location was fantastic and the property was very clean.
Kitchen facilities were good. Beds comfortable. Good sofa bed.
A lovely apartment in a great location, separate lounge kitchen and bedroom.
Good aircon and wifi, and very quiet area but close to all major attractions.
Good restaurants all around the area.
Excellent location. And the flamenco show next door was a bonus.
