Great location,lots of places to eat nearby. small supermarket opposite and a larger one 2 mins walk away. Surf beach and harbour 3 minutes other beaches 10 mins walk. Comfortable beds, adequate kitchen,good size bathroom and towels supplied. Bus station nearby.The block is well maintained with lovely flowers in the corridors.The upstairs pool and social area is very nice , again well maintained. lots of sunbeds, tables and chairs. There are also lovely views of the ocean and shaded areas to sit out of the sun if you choose.
Loved the decor so tasteful and not like a holiday let. Also excellent kitchen equipment and nice to have spices available to use.
Fantastic location. Smooth communication with the owner. The apartment has everything you may need even for a longer stay. We enjoyed our holidays in beautiful El Cotillo and felt at home. Definitely coming back.
Very good facilities and location. All that is required for cooking available. TV had Netflix and other services loaded which was great
Communication was excellent with the owner and representative who met us for check-in. The apartment was very quiet with both bedrooms facing the interior courtyard. The kitchen was fully equipped and washing machine worked well with lots of room to hang it out in the courtyard. The roof terrace was lovely (even with the wind) and we enjoyed some nice afternoons hanging out up there. The pool is small but perfect for a refreshing dip and float. The underground parking worked really well and it was great to not have to worry about it. The location is perfect to be really quiet but also just 5 minutes from the heart of El Cotillo. I would recommend Casa Jovia to anyone and would return without hesitation.
