The personnel is very friendly and helpful, reception, bar, kitchen , even the cleaning ladies are joyful and nice to meet. The food is good. Many choices, you can be vegetarian, vegan or whatever your food choices are, you will find tasty food to eat. The room is clean. The pools are nice. You can find books to read in many language.

Loved our stay, we could always find something to eat in the buffet. Ok selection of coctails, show every night.

I had booked the "breakfast only" option and really enjoyed the breakfast. Good value. If you rent a car, you can easily explore the south of the island.

My room was very clean, tidy and modern. The shower room was also clean, modern and came with complimentary shampoo and shower gel. When I had arrived to the hotel I had missed the dinner. I was staying all inclusive, so the staff had wrapped a few plates for me and left them in my room so I didn’t go hungry that evening. The beds were comfortable and I slept really well. The food within the restaurant was excellent, far better than a lot of other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. All the bars offered plenty of drinks within the all inclusive package including; beers, cocktails, champagne, wine, soft drinks etc There was even a snack bar during the day incase you became hungry. The pool looked really nice, however I was travelling around the island during the day so I didn’t get to use this facility.

I stayed here for 6 months while working online and surfing with half-board option! IMO this hotel is the best value for working/surfing in Fuerteventura! The food is good with Mexican, China's, Rib, steak nights with good meat for dinners and a lot of vegs/salads. Breakfasts are good too and you can always find some healthy mix for you! The WIFI is tapped at 4-5mbps, but the connection is stable and good for work (important for me)! 4/5G also exits in the room too ;) Pool area is nice and gym is good add-on as well! There's a basketball and football court too! The hotel is 20min from the beach by walk but Bird scooters are around the corner so it took me 2-3mins while using it on daily basis (Brids have a unlock deal that you can buy through the app for 25 unlock etc) The hotel is quiet for work/living and well maintained considering the price thus I will be staying longer! :)
