Having your own parking place was an unexpected very good surprise. Host was always prompt to answer questions and his instructions, supported by images, were always clear and on point. Place is small but well appointed

Studio has everything needed for a stay in this breathtaking city and is so close to all the historical landmarks. Free underground parking was a huge bonus and is just opposite the property. Host explained how to get access to everything brilliantly through photographs.

Amazing location. Near the historical center and all the tourist monuments. Great restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is super comfortable, with free parking space and with all the important amenities. Kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator (with a small freezer), electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary cutlery/pans. Central heating and air conditioning work perfectly (and were great so that we could deal with the cold Salamanca weather). The place is spacious and comfortable. The host, Juan, was great. He provided all the necessary information so that we could not only check in and park, but he also gave us many tips of places to eat and visit. 10/10

We loved our stay here. Juan was very welcoming. The secure parking was just across the road. The apartment was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The location was only about 10 minutes walk from the old town.
