The property was charming and had a great view. We had cold and rainy weather in Cuenca and it was a perfect stay. We were able to check in about two hours earlier and we were so thankful because it was so cold! The property was super eco friendly and they even provided some nice toiletries and touches. It’s in the old town and close enough to the new part of town. Behind the building there’s a cute river with ducks.There are some steep stairs, to get up, you just have to be careful not impossible (I have ankle issues and was fine).
Easy walk uphill to the old town and less than 10 minutes from shops, bakeries, and grocery stores in the “newer” part of town. Kitchen very well equipped with surprisingly high quality pots, pans, etc.. for a short stay apartment.
Host very responsive when we had an unexpected power outage. It seems we tripped a breaker - luckily the box was accessible within the apartment and we easily fixed the issue.
The apartment was perfect with everything that was needed. The location was great for exploring the main sites.
It was a beautiful place, spacious enough for our small family and in a good location.

It was in a good location if you like lots of walking which we do. We did an amazing walk from the river Huecar to the castle.
