The location was good, close to a huge market and the Cathedral. The terrace above our apartment was exceptional for comfort, for views and for drying our laundry. We stayed in an apartment on level 1. From the moment we crossed the enclosed courtyard to our room we knew we had made a good choice. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area, a big lounge area and a perfect double bed. The bathroom was enormous and functioned well. We were met by Rachel, who gave us the tour of the apartment, the cellars and the sunny rooftop terrace. An extra single bed was also available in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Raquel’s communication from booking to departure was excellent. She was incredibly responsive via the booking messaging and met us when we arrived to give us a tour of the property, carefully explain the heat and appliances and give us recommendations for enjoying Toledo. Her passion for the city is evident. This property is in the historic center of Toledo and is a 15th century renovated building. It is next door to the Cuevas Hercules and has its own 1st century Roman cave below the building’s courtyard that is accessible to guests. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and incredibly quiet for how close it is to everything in the historic center of town. There is also a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city and Cathedral. We will definitely be back to stay!
