The apartment is clean and bright. There is all you need: kitchen equipment, fans, hairdryer, towels and bed linens. There are chess and backgammon:) No shower gel and shampoo (we leave it for the next guests), beach towels.
The neighbours couldn’t be heard but due to the location of the houses on the street passing cars are quite audible at night (but it is the problem of most tiny streets in Las Palmas).
Otherwise I recommend this apartment if the silence is not critical for you.
By the way, the location of the apartment is good enough: it is a fine SuperFino near, also it is not far from the Mercado with good local foods, it’s 7-10 minutes walking from the beach.
Modern apartment with really fast wifi. Very good choice for the ones who need to combine work and holiday, also thanks to near co-working spaces. The communication with owner as good, we received all answers quickly.

Asunto oli tilava ja sisustettu. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittavat astiat/välineet ruoanlaittoon. Mausteita ja astianpesuainetta oli valmiina. Wifi yhteys oli erittäin hyvä. Linja-autoasema oli lähellä. Pyykkikone toimi hyvin. Pyykinkuivausteline löytyi. Silityslauta ja -rauta löytyivät myös.
El alojamiento es muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario, la ubicación es realmente buena (supermercados, restaurantes, la playa de Las Canteras) todo muy cerca… aparcar no es difícil (por lo menos en Diciembre)
Muy contento con todo, facilidad para el Check in y muy amables en todo momento!
