Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 small balconies, on the top floor of the building.
Underground private parking is available
The friendly owner welcomed us with the keys.
Wifi works without a fault.
We were practically alone in the building, so the place was very quiet. When all apartments are in use, it might be somewhat noisy.
The pool was not open yet (end of april), but not an issue for us.
Good location close to the lagunas.
