The best location in Avila! The Avila walls right outside the front door, lots of restaurants and historic sites with a couple of blocks and parking on site. Amazing value for the price. Susana the hostess is very gracious and welcoming. Highly recommended location for your visit to Avila!
Our host went out of her way to welcome us and explain everything about the apartment, the city, the sights, and the best restaurants. It was the perfect location in Avila just outside the city wall and a block from the main gate. Shopping was a couple blocks away. The location was close to everything but still quiet at night when we wanted to sleep.

The location of the apartment was right by the city walls which was fabulous. The apartment was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. It does have a sloping roof so if you are tall, in some places, you need to watch your head. There was underground parking which is always an added bonus.
Susana, the owner, was terrific. She was friendly and full of information. Because of roadworks to get to the parking was a bit confusing and we struggled. Susana came out to find us and came with us in the car. She is a really lovely lady and was available by phone if we had any problems. We would most definitely stay here again
Excellent apartment with an excellent location. You will find yourself in the historical center of the city and the main attractions will be within walking distance. The hosts are super attentive, responsive and always ready to help. I recommend!
