Excellent location and concierge very knowledgeable about town and recommendations. Super flexible about check in for a late flight.
Great location. You aren't much better off if you are in the Paradore. A nice old building, very easy checkin. Clean and comfy room - great value for any type of stay.
Location of this property is one of the best in Santiago
I loved this place. It's on one side of a little plaza next to the cathedral, with a fountain and restaurants everywhere you look! Room was nice and was cleaned every day. I especially liked the big shutter window. People have mentioned the noise in reviews but it didn't bother me: it's people chatting and walking, not loud music. Plus it's right inthe centre so of course the streets are lively!
Lovely staff; and I really liked the coffee machine :)
Best location , just around/next to the church and best staff ever who spoke English very well and always wanted to help.
