They have heat pumps/AC you can control so we were warm during the winter (once we figured out how to use them)
Fully equipped kitchen (good manual over-the-stove coffee maker, electric tea kettle, a microwave, a panini bread toaster: everything a tourist needs to be able to have a breakfast at home)

Helpful lady was in the foyer when we arrived (early) and let us put our bags in her cupboard. The flat was well-equipped and comfortable. We had no contact with owners as we had no problems. The location is good - less than 10 minutes walk to the cahedral. We walked to the Alhambra in half an hour. The railway station is about 20 minutes walk away.
Great location. Comfortable place for a small family or friends with three separated places to sleep but still connected to each other - will not fit for colleagues for example. The keys were in a box, we arrived late in the evening but check in was easy.
Clear and good instruction to arrive in the apt and find the public parking, plus discount vouchers to the parking.
