Great location:
- Supermarket located across the street
- Beach and walk way in about 30m
- Comfortable parking with normal price and nice way to get to it (through the walking bridge) in around 500m
- Building has small elevator, so after shopping easy to get your staff up
Condition and filling of apartment:
- Apartment has all necessary household appliances, tv able to read common formats, aircond works well, water heater gives unlimited quantity of hot water, so all members of your family can take shower in row after beach
Location is great for access to beach, market, shops, restaurants, buses, La Isleta and Confital. Appliances are good quality. Air conditioning works well. Host was responsive via WhatsApp
