Location , size of the flat. Heater worked well
Grocery supermarket next door was very convenient.
Comfortable location. 15 minutes to the center crossing the bridge with a picturesque view Own kitchen with everything necessary for cooking. 2 wonderful terraces. The stairs to the 2nd level are not very convenient - but everything is visible in the photos of the apartments, so there were no surprises. For us, it was not critical and did not spoil the experience. I don't see any risks for people without certain defects. But maybe it can be important for someone. Entrance and kitchen - 1st level. Toilet and bath + bedroom on 2 levels.
The location was great for sight seeing, and it was close to many bars and restaurants. The decor was really nice and the hammock and sunlounger on the terrace were lovely. We also appreciated the bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge!
