Ihre Lage , in einer kleineren , überwiegend von Eigentümer bewohnten kleineren Straße nahe Meer und Golfclub , ist für Golfspieler und Ausflüge ideal geeignet.
Wie bereits öfter beschrieben , bieten die beiden Balkone ,
Sonne zu jeder Tageszeit.
