Very nice apartment after all. Location is one of the best in L'Estartit - everything is nearby, while still privately fenced from the street/promenade. Breakfast on the terrace/balcony felt as almost on the beach while still in comfort.
There is a managing agency looking after the property. We arrived during working hours and picked up the keys in their office - no way for any complication at all. Private parking is a big deal - we've chosen Estartit vs Roses just because of that.
Nice appartement, right on the beach. Comfortable for a family holiday. Well equipped kitchen.
Staff at the rental agency was very friendly. A minor technical issue was quickly resolved.

Perfecte locatie. Tegemover het strand. 5 minuten lopen naar de supermakrt, nog geen 10 min naar het centrum of de haven. Groot balkon met uitzicht op de zee. 2 badkamers. Parkeren op het afgesloten terrein.
