Had door code but Jose communicated en route we could also stop by the office on site for face to face which was nice. Answered our questions and helped to direct us to sites and transportation ( metro) restaurants. Center of the city Edy access to everything walking and beach by metro.
Great location. Friendly staff. Apartment was very spacious with lots of facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped.
The locations was great, super central, but he apartment was comfortable for everyone and mostly I am beyond grateful for all the accommodations with my baby.

We received the keys at 1:00 PM even though the official check-in time was 4:00 PM. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.
Loved everything about. Cleanliness, fully equipped and comfortable. Lockers were available if arriving prior to check-in. Property manger was always in contact to ensure ease of check-in.
