The location was perfect for experiencing the Fallas because it is very close to the old town but very quiet. The breakfast was very good also.

Very conveniently located to public transportation (bus routes) and the barrio del Carmen and the green belt parks, walking, biking,running trails.
The location was excellent and within walking distance to the main sites. Breakfast was also very good with a good choice. The staff were exceptional from the cleaners to the reception staff.
Location is excellent, very close to Torres Towers de Serrano, always clean, welcoming staff, interesting architecture. We stayed 5 nights and would return.
