The apartment was quite pleasant. Yes, it is on the first floor, and the view from the balcony is towards the parking lot, but it is Grand Canaria - we don't go there to sit inside and enjoy the view. We were out all the time, so the view was not so important.
The pool area was great, much warmer than on the beach, since it was less windy. The water in the pool was super clean, a bit too cold, but I found it rather refreshing.
The sweet girl who welcomed us and checked us in was lovely and very helpful. We appreciate the welcome gift - a bottle of wine in the living room 🥰
There is a grocery store and a shopping area with restaurants and bars right outside the flat, very convenient. There was not too much noise before 9 a.m., as other guests have commented that it was bothering them, we slept quite OK.
Está muy completo, con todo lo necesario para poder vivir y pasar unos días de vacaciones. Está muy bien ubicado.
