In royal level you are treated as it sounds
We booked the upgraded deluxe suite too which was ace
Exceptional customer service, fantastic pool and spa. Thank you to Marianna from guest relations, Nick and Iza from the spa and Nikola for the best cocktails at the Atlantico bar. We've had the best soups at the Royal restaurant.
I loved how big the property was with many options of good quality food. We also thought all of the staff were very friendly and amazing. Also enjoyed the beach views and immediate access to the beach!
The food was very good - no complaints! Location excellent and wasy to find.
Overall the hotel was great, we had access to the main hotel which we hardly used as there were to many guests at the time, we had a look at the buffet in the main hotel once which looked good but it was very noisy so I’d recommend sticking to the Royal Level buffet. We are a family of vegetarians and Daniel, Juanita & Cassandra went over and beyond to suit our vegetarian needs, they arranged for the chef to make separate food for us which was great. I wouldn’t go by any of the negative reviews on the Royal Level as that originally put us off our stay but this place is amazing, it’s better than some of the 5* hotels we have stayed at which is saying something! Guest management were also great in helping with food arrangements, I think their names were Saide & Alvaro.
