Very close to big metro station and pretty much in centre.
The size of the room, comfortable bed, clean
Good metro connection to the center (station at 300 meters, and about 15 minutes trip to the center)
Good app contact with the owner who allows us to leave the bags for some hours after checking out
Amazing location, 30min to the beach and 30min to CAC. There was everything we needed as in mini apartment.
Comfortable and clean room..very close to the supermarkets and cafe.
1.5km to the malvarossa beach.
The common area with coffee machine and microwave oven seems to be good too,we couldn't use it as the are was under renovation.
All in all the property is very safe and comfortable.
Our room was on the ground floor..opening on the street .It was a very quiet and pleasant stay.
