The location. The inside of the property was beautiful and the rooms very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was state of the art.

Location, staff, good room once we moved to second floor
The staff was so friendly ! And the location was ideal, very central and right near the main center with the cathedral but not on a busy street so it was still pretty quiet. I was able to walk around the whole city straight from the hotel.
Location was amazing - we wanted to go to Aire Bath for treatment at sunset and it was literally 4 minutes from there. The lady at the reception was so kind and helpful, really an angel.
