I liked the neighborhood. Families and nice little shops, coffee shops, bars and supermarkets. Friendly people. Very close to the train and bus station, a 5 minute walk. I found an excellent restaurant in the area where I ate dinner twice, it's called LAS BRASAS. Excellent steak. There's also a huge supermarket nearby called MERCADONA. Very convenient. The apartment itself is high up, spacious and clean - fully equipped, good WIFI. I appreciated the elevator.

The location is perfect, near the railway station Renfe de Gandia, bus station and the Old Town. There is a promenade to the sea nearby. The apartment is very good eqipped: washing machine, oven, microwave, hair dryer, air conditioning, fans e.t.c. There is an elevator in the building. The beds and the rest of the furniture are brand new. The apartment is perfectly clean. Kind and helpful hosts. I recommend this place.
