The staff (Alex) was incredibly helpful! He helped us understand everything: answered our questions ahead of time about tolls and traffic restrictions and parking, and when he arrived he had excellent recommendations about city activities and eating. They provided beach umbrellas and chairs. They accommodated our request for a room change due to one of our rooms having a smokey smell (probably from interior facing window).

Location was great, one block to La Concha, bus stop across the street, only a few minutes away from city centre. The guys in front office extremely helpful.

The pension is very close to the beach and some nice places to eat. The beds were very comfortable. And the air-conditioning was superb. The staff were very helpful when I had difficulty with luggage transfers to the hotel (thank you Alex!)
