In the city center, everything is close by. Very clean.
Near the train station, available public transport near by (bus & metro).

Location, price, coffee and tea station is open 24/7, vibrant neighborhood with good restaurants and music ,
Wonderful place in a central location. There was a minor problem with the water in my original room, but they immediately moved me to an even better one. Highly recommended.
