Nicholas and Juan were very helpful as far as our transportation needs.
Price! For what I paid, the property was great. Staff was friendly and rooms were spacious. I also liked the rooms didn’t have a key card rather you typed in your phone number. Super convenient!

The hotel is pretty well situated since you're in the city center and you're able to get to Bilbao Abando Station by walking in about 10-15 mins. The Hotel was always clean and the staff friendly.
Located aprox. 20min by foot from city center (5 min by bus, with a stop just in front on the entrance) in a quite neighborhood. Simple yet effective room, big TV, comfy beds and good shower.
