Marcos was a true A+ host. We got in really late (after midnight) and he still met us at the apartment to make sure we knew how to use everything (keys, AC/Heat, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.). The location was perfection! The apartment is located on the beach strip that is MUCH less touristy/busy and crowded, but still has a number of great restaurants and markets. It takes about 5 minutes to leave the apartment, go down the very nice set of four elevators, and then you are on a beautiful stretch of beach (that is much less crowded than most in the area). There is also gated parking right next to the building. The apartment itself was awesome and it had a massive smart TV to watch Netflix etc.. The kitchen has everything you need with granite counters, a great oven/cooktop and a microwave. I highly recommend Marcos’s place!

The view out of the window deserves a 5 star rating! The owner was absolutely friendly and helpful. The communication before and during our stay was perfect. Also, Marcos gave us a lot of tips on places we could visit to explore the area. The apartment is in walking distance to the city center and a big supermarket is nearby.

top floor apartment (12th Floor) , from balcony and living room fantastic views to sea and mountains . Great location next to beach + restaurant/bars and also quiet. Perfect holiday place :)

On the 12th floor there are stunning views of the beach, harbour, coastline and mountains. Very light, airy and comfortable. Close to bars, restaurants, shopping mall, train and bus stations.
