Location: the location is very good, 10 minutes walking distance to Casa Batllo. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
Staff: the staffs at the reception desk are very helpful, recommended us very nice restaurants and helped us with reservations as well. Thanks for Leticia, Leo and Jesus.
We appreciate all the staff and Jesus, Angel, and Lucas were outstanding in customer care. The breakfast was the best.
Room was spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was okay, location is at the heart of the city.
The best part was the shower. Really great shower head, plenty of hot water. So satisfying after long 10 hour flight. The bed was also super comfortable, slept great. Could hear some noise from neighboring street on a weekend night, but didnt last too late. Plan to stay here again next time.
