Clean, well equiped apartment on great location. Good and big parking near Parque de los Principes at a distance of 500m.
We went to the marathon, the apartment was very conveniently placed near the start/finish. Everything went well. Host was very helpful.

location is right in the middle of Sevilla, 15m walk to Plaza de Espana, electric scooters nearby. If you come during the weekend you might even get a free parking place in front of the building.
