The location was perfect for us. Near the beach and very good restaurants.

Spacious flat in a great location just a few minutes walk to beach.

Bath/shower in bathroom next to the twin bedroom is in need of an update but don't let that put you off.

Wir haben als Familie sechs Nächte im Piso Playa Patacona/Malvarrosa in Valencia verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend – der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, und ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug, was mit Kindern sehr praktisch war. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt – wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!
