Excellent location and super modern apartment (except for no A/C which seems to be normal for Spain).
The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The host was very responsive. Fabulous location
The apartment is located in the heart if the city, which means it is really close to all main points of Oviedo and allows you to really experience the city fully. Inside, it is very convenient - the rooms are spacious and well planned, the equipment is sufficient for 4 people and encourages own cooking (oven/microwave, induction stove, pots, pans, airfryer, mixers, coffee machine etc.). Among the family of 4, each of us could find space for activities together and individually. It is also very clean, especially the large bathroom, which we really appreciated.
