Spacious, well equipped apartment. The apartment was clean. Nice details - milk, juice and pastries left for us. Lourdes, the lady that met us with the keys, was very nice and welcoming. Good location in that it was very close to the town centre. Free parking is a bonus. Good value for money.
Very clean and nice with some stuff left in the kitchen for us. Has secure parking in underground garage and is close to lots of things in the city. The host was very friendly but be aware you need to speak some Spanish or be well prepared with translation. Very lovely and helpful person. The sofa is very comfortable and can turn into a bed which is nice to sleep on. The shower is very good temperature and pressure, just don't use it for a long time if you have a few people staying or it will run out of heat for the last people.
El piso amplio y con todo lo necesario. A 5 minutos andando de la plaza de Avilés, con cafeterías y supermercado justo debajo. Zona muy tranquila.

Las camas son muy cómodas. Todas las comunidades como si estuviera en mi propia casa. Una decoración sencilla pero elegante.
