Very nice, well-equipped, and clean apartment in an excellent location, close to the beach and subway station. The interior looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy.

Very well equipped modern apartment just a short walk from the beach and right across the street from a tram station... It was clean and contained everything we needed for a two night stay. It's close to the street but it didn't bother us, we slept very well. The owner responded to our needs promptly and was very helpful.

The location was excellent and we had a short walk to the beach as well as a tram right outside our door. The neighbourhood was authentic and friendly with some excellent tapas bars. The room was very new, clean and homely. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful.

Apartment is very comfortable for family (2adults + 2 kids), clean, well equipped and on great location: with tram stop just in front of the door, small store next to it and metro station that goes directly to the aeroport or city center is cca 300m away. It has super connections with all major city attractions: oceanographic, bioparc, city center... beach is 2 tram stops away. Wifi was perfect. Communication with host was easy and great. Would really recommend for short stays.
