Great location with parking downstairs. Close to everything so you do not need to use the car. Apartment had everything we needed.
This place is nice, clean, comfortable and close to all the local tourist attractions in walking distance. Felix who we met was absolutely amazing, if I ever return to Salamanca would definitely book this place again.
I was on a conference at the Palacio de Congresos, and this property is very near to that. Also, the city center, restaurants and shops are very close. The apartment has a balkony looking at a silent backyard where having a breakfast is a great experience. A neighbour plays the guitar and sings spanish songs during the day which was very also delightful. The washingmachnie was super useful.

Generous size. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of hot water. Air conditioner worker well. Well located, just a few minutes walk to Plaza Meyor. Our host gave us lots of good information about Salmanca and arranged a taxi for us when we left.
