Very Modern apartment.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ponderosa 807 apartment in Las Americas. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The large terrace was a standout feature, providing a perfect space to relax with stunning ocean views. Being so close to Siam Park was a huge plus, and the surrounding area was vibrant yet not too noisy, making it easy to enjoy both the local attractions and some quiet downtime. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Las Americas.

Шикарный вид с терассы. Очень чисто. Новый свежий современный ремонт и мебель. Кофемашина, чайник, вся необходимая посуда, полотенца. Простой доступ в аппартамент с кодовым замком. Удобное расположение: 5 минут до пляжа и 3 минуты до автовокзала, если хочется поехать на отдаленный пляж или в другой город. Рядом есть супермаркеты большие и маленькие. Длинная красивая набережная с огромным выбором кафе и ресторанов.
