Everything was good! The place was very clean, and the breakfast, while simple, was perfectly fine. Excellent value for the price. The nearby mountains are stunning, and we enjoyed a good dinner at the restaurant.

Posada Maximo is a perfect traveller's rest. An old world feel that makes you feel warm and at ease. The accommodation is very comfortable. It has a good restaurant and bar. Breakfast was perfect for a day in the mountains. Plenty of restaurants and bars in Espinama which was surprisingly more sizesble than what you see at first passing. Theres a warren of tiny streets. Friendly locals. The staff at Posada Maximo are very friendly. No complaints and would stay here again. Good location to hike from here or short drive to other trail heads/ start points/ villages.
Excellent small Inn. The bedroom 204 was lovely. Tucked away on the top floor. We had evening meal both nights. Good location for the chairlift. We would stay there again.
This was a really traditional Spanish hostelry with a very comfortable feel in a beautiful village in the Picos de Europa mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink was varied, tasty and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was tasty comprising very good orange juice and coffee, and toast and jam, with additional cakes. The Fuente De cable car was literally only 5 minutes drive down the road - an easy drive with large amounts of free parking at the cable car. Espinama also had a supermarket, a bar/general shop, and several other restaurants.
